The Fruitful Habits.


1. Start your day early, rise early.

The day starts with the dawn of sun as a sign to the wonderful start of  a new day.
Rise early and you will experience a plent of day -mind space from which i mean that you will get to introspect and insightfulness as you get concious early and with this pace you will start to feed your mind to think more and act more,habitually you will end up making yourself a bit better and productive than yesterday.by this you will no longer be in the habit of  procrastination.


you will be more active and super charged to give rocketstart to your day.

2.Have some physical activity.

 By this i mean that you should have some sort of physical activity as it builds focus and your mind-body coordination.This keeps the brain and body healthy,this will regulate the secretionn of few important hormones and muscle activity which is good for you.
Here are some of the activities which you can have according to your interest and passion :)
a) play any sport(outdoor,not on computer).
b)yoga exercises.
c)walking or jogging with your loved ones.
d)dancing or acrobatics(as per you like)
e)workout(when you want to feel some physical gains !!)



or at least do something if you want to be fit and feel good about yourself.This will also help you lose social anxiety and make you feel more free in crowd as the time will pass ^-^.

3.Showcase what you feel and try to express too.

  This will indirectly help you find your character and hence will help you have real bonds and get you your wellwishers as the time passes.

4.Make real friends.

now you may think how to do this,the answer lies in yourself,the people dont cheat you its just they show you how they think of you so you know already where do you feel yourself expressed completely.
so be there where you feel contented and feel yourself.


even though you may feel ups and downs but dont lose your real self thats what friends are supposed to make you feel,only those who are your real freinds know the real you in you,so you know the answer by yourself,use some insightfulness.Its upto your instincts.
inshort,like minded people end up being good friends.

5.learn daily, Read daily,Improve daily.

To keep the graph of life increasing upward,one continuosly need to learn and ready to explore new things.keep yourself one bar above than others by adopting the habit of continous learning,this will help you in long term race.
So thats all folks!! keep growing keep improving and live to your fullest.😃😀
